

Three Shires Head where Derbyshire, Staffordshire and Cheshire
county borders all meet in a well deserved beauty spot. Plenty
of walks all around this area with some great moorland views.

if camping in the peak district then a trip to Buxton makes a
good day out. Plenty to do for all tastes - from go ape and pooles cavern, museum and art gallery, opera house and pavilion
gardens and of course shopping.

A great walk along the river from Gradbach (nr Flash) to Wincle
(stopped off at Wincle Brewery) and back over the tops with some
great views.

A nice easy cycle ride - and walk - very picturesque following
the rivers and railways between Bugsworth Basin and Chapel en le
Frith (North Derbyshire).

Bradford Dale, Youlegrave, Derbyshire. A pleasant
riverside walk from Middleton to Alport. Pubs enroute and make
time to explore Youlegreave.

Padley Gorge. A good walk with Manny different views.
Padley Gorge itself a very beautiful and scenic part of the
route starting from the National Trust car park at Longshaw
Estate

A 3 mile walk along Tideswell Dale in Derbyshire from the
good sized public car park (suitable for motorhomes) on the
outskirts of the village - the walk can easily made longer with
many footpaths branching off the tarmac track. Nice easy flat
walk along the bottom of the dale.
